This fits perfectly! Not too tight but not oversized. I was able to wear a pair of spandex shorts underneath and was extremely comfortable. The material is not itchy!! The material is breathable and lays nicely - had to steam it to get the shipping wrinkles out (easy fix). The bell ruffled sleeves gave it the perfect dressy but yet casual look. I paired it with my cowgirl boots, gold and turquoise jewelry. I ordered a small and I’m 5’3”, 34C and 135 lbs.

I'm 5'4" and 140 lbs. Most of my weight is in my butt and highs. This a dream dress...! I bought 3. Fitted in the chest and arms, making me look thin and flows nicely over my rump. Thin material, but..,, it lays well. Fits 3 inches above my knees.
