The sweater is cute, comfortable, and perfect for fall weather. It isn't really thick, but warm and soft. I can wear a medium or a large, it just depends on the shirt. After reading through the reviews I opted for a large in both and I'm glad I did. The medium would have fit fine probably, but been tight and I'm not a fan of tight sweaters. I like a looser look in a sweater. I'm 5'5, 165 lbs, and a DDD.
